Summary: Kristen was very accommodating, responded promptly to all requests.We loved the vibe of this home. The layout was comfortable…. We used the downstairs fireplace room in the morning for reading, it was cozy and had great morning light.The kitchen is well accomodated; I especially appreciated the range of spices and teas.Nice & quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to town.

Summary: This was my 4th or 5th time staying here. I travel to Fairhope often and this is the only place that I stay now. It’s so charming and comfortable. Best of all, it’s in the prettiest part of town right near the bay. Kristin is such an accessible and accommodating host. The Summit house is my home away from home.

Summary: I visit Fairhope often and this is my new favorite place to stay. The house was so pretty, quaint and comfortable. I really enjoyed the great reading nooks throughout the house and lovely yard. It’s in the prettiest part of town, quiet neighborhood, so close to downtown AND in view of the bay…only one block away. Great host and home. Thank you for sharing your space, Kristin.

Summary: If you’re looking for a getaway to Fairhope, this cottage is the place to be. This cottage is right in the heart of downtown Fairhope, a short walk to the pier and Mobile Bay where you can see gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is well-equipped, nicely decorated and the owner is very easy to and prompt in communicating with you. We would stay here again.

Summary: This home is exactly as advertised with 5 stars for sure. Great, convenient location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and bay overlook.
