Summary: Excellent vacation home and great location in the countryside a short distance from local towns and areas of interest. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The owner Tessie was very friendly and helpful and showed great hospitality. We were free to come and go as we pleased without any interruptions during our stay. The vacation home was exactly as described and the furnishings were better than some places that I have stayed. You really feel at home here and can cook at home or do laundry with everything you need to get the job done. Highly recommended!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so much. It was just as pictured, clean, comfortable bed, no problems working the tv, ac worked great. It’s off the beaten path and Tessie is a very sweet hostess! We highly recommend this place. I think my husband would’ve stayed if he had had his recliner. Lol! We would definitely stay again!

Summary: The Villa Piccolo was a wonderful place to spend my week. It was exactly like the information said it was. Tess, the hostess, was a great person. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Fairhope community. The lack of cable TV or internet is bearly noticeable because of the amount of activity in the area. This is a great little place just on the edge of the hussle and bussle of town or the Bay and a quick drive to the gulf beaches. Really looking forward to my next visit there.

Summary: I went to Fairhope, Al to visit friends and rented the cutest and cleanest Villa. The property owner, Ms. Tessie was so sweet and engaging. The property itself is gorgeous and quaint. There are beautiful flowers and shrubs all over. It was quiet and relaxing. I will most certainly stay here on my next visit to Fairhope and would recommend this place to anyway looking for a nice and quiet spot to exhale and just relax. It is close enough to anything you may need yet far enough away from city distractions. This is my new go to place. Would give it ten stars if I could.
