Summary: The unit was just as described. The property manager quickly responded to questions and made the check in and out process very easy. He gave suggestions on area amenities helped with transportation and overall was very pleasant to deal with. The space was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay.

Summary: Our family of four was very comfortable in the condo, which had plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. Herbert was very helpful in answering questions promptly and giving us recommendations for a snorkel trip. We appreciated that the was spotlessly clean, had great, AC, and was just steps from the pool and sea. We also enjoyed the amenities, including beach cruisers, kayaks, and cornhole. Finally, we loved the restaurant just a short walk up the beach at the Naia resort. Our one discontent was a reality almost everywhere we visited on the Placencia Penninsula - that is, the effort on the part of condos/hotels to preserve the beach by building rock "seawalls." The result of these seawalls is about 6 feet of stagnant water with seaweed and trash between the edge of the beach and the rock walls. The smell was gross and it was an eyesore. We were able to swim off the pier, which was beautiful.

Summary: The condo was well appointed. Comfortable beds and furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen. The property amenities were great. Paddleboards, kayaks, dock, beautiful swimming pool. We liked the location. It was out of town but not too far. Great places to eat close by.
