This delightful three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo is comfortable and private with ample outdoor space to rest, read, eat and watch the ever changing scenery around you! The shaded deck is 300 square feet of picture postcard views and comfortable seating.
Try your hand at Central American cuisine - or cook up some of your home favorites - in this gourmet-inspired kitchen with granite counters and every appliance and feature you’d require for cooking to your heart’s content.
If you would prefer to grill, there’s a BBQ on your balcony to grill your catch of the day to perfection on!
Staying in will almost be as tantalising as dining out at one of the many local restaurants which are within a short walk or leisurely drive away.

Bedroom 3: Loft bedroom with Queen-size bed (please note this bedroom is over the living room and is open plan)
The second and third bedroom share 1 bathroom, please note that the loft bedroom requires the use of a spiral staircase. The condo itself is accessed by several flights of stairs.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our time staying at Cocoplum. The villa was clean, spacious and in a good location. We liked that there was an entrance from the parking lot and a back staircase that overlooked the pool and ocean. It was a family trip for us with pre teen and teens. We loved the hot tub at night. The pool, sand volleyball, kayaks and paddle boards were great to have right on site. We took the bikes around the properties and to get coffee off site. We loved that cocoplum is between two resorts with access to restaurants. We had a car for the week and rented a golf cart for a short period to get around Placencia. Kimberly responded to our questions quickly. The staff on site was helpful and friendly. The property is about a 20 min ride to the placencia pier. We liked that cocoplum was quiet and peaceful and that we had transportation to get to the busier areas. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: First, the pictures do not do this place justice. It was immaculate and well designed. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and playing corn hole. It was relaxing and relaxing he perfect place for a family vacation. Erin was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. The groundskeepers also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely come again. Thank you Herbert for sharing your space with us :()
