This condo has been newly renovated with hardwood floors, new appliances, and furnishings. You'll surely enjoy watching TV or DVDs on the extra large flat screen TV. Condo A8 is located on the upper level with access to spacious outside decks and offers a great view of Sunlight Mountain Resort and the surrounding area. The main deck, hot tub, and ski slopes are just down the nearby stairway.

31 Days or More Prior to Check-In Date: $50 cancellation fee per condo, with remainder of deposit refunded. Groups & Peak Season Dates: Apply 61 days or more prior to check-in date.
30-15 Days Prior to Check-In Date: 50% of lodging cost total per condo not refunded.
Groups & Peak Season Dates: Apply 60-31 days prior to check-in date.
14 Days or Fewer Prior to Check–in Date: No refund. Groups & Peak Season Dates: Apply 30 days or fewer prior to check-in date.
GENERAL POLICIES
Check-In: 4 P.M. MT. Early Check-In, if available, from 1 P.M. - Add $30.
Check-Out: 10 A.M. MT. Late Check-Out, if available, by 1 P.M. Add $30.
Two (2) night minimum. Three (3) night minimum for Winter Holiday unless condos are still available December 1. Then, two (2) night minimum.
Rates based on four (4) occupants for Studios and six (6) occupants for One Bedroom and G condos. Additional occupants will be charged $10 each per night.
Tax not included in nightly rates. We charge only the required state and county tax.
Peak Season: Peak season rates are higher than the standard rates. Peak Season dates are:
Winter Holiday: December 19 – January 4
MLK Weekend: Friday – Monday
Presidents’ Weekend: Friday – Monday
XGames: Thursday-Saturday
Spring Holiday: March 8-March 22
All properties are non-smoking. A fine will be assessed if in violation.
Pets are not allowed. A fine will be assessed if in violation.

Summary: The condo itself was basically as expected and we enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were fantastic & friendly as were other tenants who live there. Luckily we love dogs because there were a lot of very friendly ones around! There was a big issue with the lack of hot water and what seemed to be no urgency to correct. If my husband had not run into the maintenance tech, who happens to live on site, I'm not sure when the issue would have been resolved. The only contact number I had initially, was for the marketing guy who actually was very polite & helpful but obviously could not fix the water issue. Also, messages I sent through VRBO apparently never reached anyone which is why I ended up contacting the marketing guy (only number listed on VRBO) to try to find out the check-in process which had never been communicated to us. A few more basic kitchen supplies, such as bowls, serving spoons, pans w/lids that fit, etc, would be very helpful as would sheets for the sofa-bed (there were none). The ceiling fan over the bed made quite a bit of noise regardless of what setting it was on. The outside of the building could use some paint and general maintenance. Again, we enjoyed our stay overall and would stay there again sometime in the future.
