Negative: The customer service was poor. Just a few times were people at the front desk. Also, the host of the grill were not happy to be there, the 3 times we went for breakfast, her attitude was discouraging.

Positive: The front desk staff was really helpful. Our AC broke down on the last day of our stay, and the Front desk staff/ Manager came and tried to fix the AC right away. And also provided us with a fan.
Negative: Housekeeping time was a bit confusing. Someone showed up when we went out for breakfast and only took away the trash and towel. We had our clothes lying around and I understand why they didnt want to touch that. But we though they would come later and we would have enough time to make to room easier to clean.
Summary: Very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location

Positive: The property was right across the street from the hot springs. Very easy walk and convenient so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We were close to the bridge to walk over to the town.
Negative: They did not have a small store to buy anything at the hotel but we could get things over at the hot springs. Our room was super hot so I asked for a fan and they brought us one immediately. The rooms are pretty small. No table or shelf to put anything on.
Summary: It was great!! We are planning on going there again.

Positive: The room was comfortable and large enough for us all. There was ample convenient parking. Access to pools and breakfast included in price makes it an affordable break
Negative: Only one elevator was operational throughout our stay and the other was very slow. We have an individual in a wheelchair so this was an inconvenience

Positive: We booked this hotel because of the included access to the pools. We also were surprised to find free breakfast included which was convenient!
Negative: For the price of the rooms, the exterior of the building feels outdated and unimpressive. The rooms have been updated so that felt better but definitely expected something a bit more grand for the price.
Summary: You stay at this hotel for included pool access but that’s about it!

Negative: The front desk staff could have used a more appropriate tone and language when communicating with me as a customer. When I initially called to book a room, the representative sounded rather cold and informed me that they did not have a room available that matched my preferences. As a result, I was forced to book two separate rooms instead. Additionally, the rooms were supposed to be adjacent or close to each other, but this was not the case upon arrival. At check-out, I requested a little extra time, but the front desk agent was very strict and firmly stated that it was not possible unless I paid an additional fee. I understand and do not mind paying extra when necessary, but the tone used felt unnecessarily cold and unwelcoming.

Positive: The hotel was good, the staff very helpful. The pools were amazing
Negative: The crowds at breakfast. The facility was grossly under sized for the number of customers. The staff in the cafe were working very hard, but could not keep up with the quantity of customers. The "continental breakfast", was very limited. The price for one night (for three people) was more than four nights (for three people) in a main street hotel in Vegas.
Summary: Excellent resort, don't pay extra for breakfast.
