This is a wonderful remodeled apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historic building. The place is within walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursions and rent bikes or skies.
This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

Summary: The property was just as described and very cute. The location was great - near all the restaurants and shopping and a short walk to the hot springs. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Very nice one draw back lots of noise right next to building could not sleep in as you should be able to while on vacation…hopefully they done with work there soon so won’t be as bad for next person Other than noise great stay owners or managers should advise if noise kinda feel I got took a bit.

Summary: Easy checkin and close to our Amtrak station (literally 2 blocks). Close to everything for eats, entertainment, and others. Nice comfortable clean place to relax after a long day. Thank you!

Summary: This is a great location within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants. The property itself is located in an older building. There are stairs up with no elevator so caution to anyone with a heavy bag. As mentioned in the house rules, it takes awhile to get hot water. Overall loved the space. I would book again.

Summary: We loved this place. It's right downtown so walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, hot springs and hiking trails. It's beautifully decorated and the kitchen is one of the best equipped we've ever encountered. We highly recommend it.

Summary: Loved the location being within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown! We were there on a VERY cold weekend and the old building did struggle with getting the temperature up but we were thankful for the extra blankets and space heater…we did find out the wood fireplace could have been used, but not being super confident with them we ended up not using it. Otherwise, things were as listed and expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools you would need, the bathroom was updated nicely, and parking always happened in the garage mentioned as street parking filled up quick for those coming to enjoy the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, great spot!
