Negative: Despite clicking on the statement that we had a small dog and messaged the motel also as such, Booking.com assured us we paid for everything. When we checked out, we were charged an additional fee for our dog despite noting it multiple times. Also the room was cheap but additional fees brought it up to a standard motel room.

Summary: Will not stay again unfortunately.

Negative: The room we booked wasn't available when we arrived. But reception ensured we had everything we needed and were very kind.
