Summary: The staff are absolutely incredible here. They went out of their way to accommodate me and provided what I would classify as impeccable customer service. I am a district manager for a large corporation. You need to celebrate these kinds of employees and allow them to grow. I will return here any time I am out in this town.

Summary: Reception was cold. The pool was closed for maintenence which was the whole reason we booked a night there. We towed our holiday trailer there so we did not even need the room. We just wanted the pool for the kids. I get things break but this was not the case. It was a planned maintenence and what bothers me is they did not let us know ahead of time. It felt like a bait and switch. There was no attempt to make anything better. It was a terrible way to start our family holiday.

Summary: This hotel did not meet my expectations at all. They leave the room windows open between guests so your room smells like the feedlot. The pool liner is bunched and patched and the hot tub was lukewarm and the jets were not working. The room was dated with peeling wallpaper and cracked ceilings and we supposedly had a suite. Avoid this place as there are far better places for the same price in the area.

Summary: Check-in was quick and easy, staff very friendly. Tv didn’t work the first night but staff fixed it right away once made aware. Hotel room was clean, breakfast was provided and decent. Will definitely stay again if ever through the area.

Summary: It's getting a bit old, with wallpaper, ect. But still seemed very clean and kept. Enjoyed the included breakfast!!

Summary: The receptionist was very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was great with lots of selections. The omelettes were delicious and delivered to the table by very friendly people.
