Summary: We enjoyed our stay because of the proximity to the beach and the property manager was super helpful, even sending a fan when one of the existing fans broke. However, given the price per night, the house is not good not value for money compared to the 10-12 other places i have stayed in the south west: sticky tape on the light switch, no front light, bug zapper outside didn't work and there were lots of insects, really old kitchen, fans that were completely useless (except 1), aircon only in the lounge (it was very hot in the house!), a fridge that froze everything even on medium setting and was super rickety, bathroom railing fell off, 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 nights and so on. It wouldn't take much to spruce it up with some quality fittings and a new fridge - I think the existing ones were Kmart? The many pictures of the outside area on the site did indicate that the inside wasn't the selling point of the house. I know one can't control it but the rats running along the fence at night were a bit much too! But as I said, location, location, location. Great community oriented beach, tap out the front of the house so you can wash up...all made it a good trip. Thank you for asking for feedback.
