Positive: We're a group of 6 adults, this is our 2nd stay at this holiday house, house is well maintained, clean and well kitted out in the kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher is a bonus, Garage parking ✅️ Disappointingly the fridge is too small to cater for the number of guests the house can contain, the dinning chairs are uncomfortable as they have lost their support. Separate toilet from the main bathroom and 2 TV rooms are great, the air-conditioning is ducted but evaporative only

Negative: The property is advertised with a spa bath but there isn’t one , I booked the four bedroom house admittedly for 10 nights as a couple plus a small dog , however it wasn’t clearly explained to me that any additional guests would be charged $200 for each person.

Positive: House was spacious, 4x2 our bed/pillows was comfortable (main bedroom) 2 good size TV rooms with access to apps (own log in required) enough parking for our 3 cars ( main garage access for 2 cars) coffee pod machine ✅ dishwasher✅ washer and dryer ✅
Negative: Having to provide additional ID through a 3rd party website, I instead organised to provide my ID in person at the booking agent before check-in details were given. Ridiculously small fridge to cater for up to 8 people, oven/exhaust fan switch near garage door, garage door remote could not be taken off property which meant we had park on driveway, go thru front door to the kitchen to push open garage door to park. Minor inconvenience but irritating, we were there 7 nights. Dining room chairs had lost Seat support, topped chairs up with cushions otherwise we were sitting almost chest height at the table.
