Summary: Unfortunately my visit was a somber occasion. I was in town to visit a long time friend that is dying from cancer. I chose the rental so not to impose on the family. (It was approximately two miles away.) I spent quality time with my friend but the rental provided a nice break for me between visits. Because the unit was open, the owner allowed me an early check in, which gave me more time for my visit. (Thank you Brian!) The condo was very accommodating and perfect for my stay.

Summary: My kids and I had a wonderful stay at this 2 place. The entire apartment was cleaned and stocked with everything from extra towels and soap to snacks like oreos and crackers. I was blown away with all the extra's that made my 1st family vacation go off without a hitch. The only thing I had to get use to was going up and down the stairs when we were unloading and loading our luggage but that was worth it. I had to contact the property owner pretty late on our last night stay and he answered the phone right away. I cooked meals and there was seasoning available for us to use. I was able to stock the fridge with a few of our favorite drinks, snacks and frozen items which made it more homey for us. The shower in the master bedroom is FREAKING AMAZING!! I just really loved this place and my teenage/adult daughters were super impressed. My 4 year old son enjoyed finding the games that were in the cabinet. When we come back to visit Myrtle Beach I will be booking your place again Brian. Thank you so much!!!
