Summary: This is a great property, with the star attraction being its location right on the beach. The outlook is beautiful and it’s easy to pop down for a swim (with the life guard station just next to the house).The house is large and well provisioned, and easily accommodated our group of 11 people. Kelly (property manager) was very helpful. There is garage parking; the only thing to be aware of is that the driveway does not accomodate cars with a low chassis.

Summary: This is our second vacation at this property and it is terrific. The location is truly beachfront - with a few steps you are on the beach in front of the flags. A short walk to a great local cafe and surf club. The home is perfectly appointed and maintained with everything you could wish for in a holiday.Kelly the property manager is a meticulous host and is very pleased to help with anything that will make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. You won't be disappointed!

Summary: Hedges Ave, Mermaid Beach deserves its iconic status. Don’t miss a chance to stay in this amazing home in a world class location. A personal check-in with Kelly was welcoming, and made the settling in process so much easier for us. This is a large home that worked beautifully for 3 generations of our family. The upstairs office allowed my husband to work and the library became a study for my son. It was just a few steps to the ocean for a quick study break. I loved the Hamptons style decor, the quality bedding and the well equipped kitchen. Kelly had everything stocked, so we really had very little to bring. The well maintained home and the extra care and attention from Kelly made this an exceptional holiday. We look forward to returning soon.

Summary: This is a very liveable house with everything we needed. It's immediately on the beach, has a great patio for family dinners by the beach and is literally steps away from the beach. Kelly was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us a few different times to be sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely recommend this place.

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations. It was sparkling clean, meticulously maintained (not easy so close to the ocean), and perfectly located. The beach is literally steps away, amazing restaurants a short stroll, and numerous activities for the whole family a short drive. Kelly was a helpful and gracious host, answered our many questions and was even there to accept our groceries delivery before our arrival. In short: VERY highly recommended.
