Positive: We had an issue with the room not being cleaned as we requested but the manager immediately offered to wave the valet parking fee for a full 3 days ($150) as compensation – very professionally handled and it showed the willingness to make guests feel appreciated.
Summary: Hotel is in a very convenient location with a clean, Scandinavian looking design.

Positive: I liked the asthetics and the energizing bathroom steamers offered by the elevator.
Negative: The chair for the desk in the room was not comfortable if you had to sit on it for awhile to work and the bed was stiff (the pillows were great!)

Positive: People were nice, but frustrated. Location was good.
Negative: Parking is $50.00 per night New shower with loose handles, and the shower handle is not aligned. You need to stand in the corner. A loud noise is coming from the air vent in the bathroom ceiling. Had to close the door to sleep. No chest of drawers- my god, we lived out of our suitcases. Luckily, it was only 2 days. Went downstairs for breakfast. Had an egg, some bacon, and two coffees. and was handed an invoice for $37.00. I thought it was like everywhere else we stay and was complementary. I complained, the waiter took out a list and said we were not on it. My wife read the fine print and found breakfast not included. That is just bad business. No bell service. The rooms have a terrible design. Looks like two trains are coming into the room with the two bright lights, which you can't use for reading. All of this for $250 per night. Better off at Embassy Suites.

Negative: Our first night there, the room above of was , what seemed like moving furniture and people were running and the noise was unbearable all night. This continued in the morning starting from 7 am until 11am when they checked out. We could also hear the people through the vents of the bathroom. Zero privacy whatsoever
Summary: Not the best. Paper thin walls, no privacy, and dirty appliances
