Summary: This was my second time staying here, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. Our sink drained extremely slowly, the shower wouldn’t turn off, and the iron was missing from the room. We called the front desk for one, but it took a long time for them to bring it up—only for it to be broken. We had to call again for another iron, which delayed us so much that I had to change my outfit for dinner because we were running late. Aside from that, we had a security knocking on our door at 11pm per "noise complaint" but we were playing board game.

Summary: My husband and I truly enjoyed this property. It’s full of gardens to explore and 2 wonderful pools with friendly staff. The spa was excellent, will definitely be back.

Summary: Lovely property and grounds. We have two rooms. One with a balcony overlooking the Lanai pool and another on the same floor. I would highly recommend a balcony room if you like to sit out and enjoy the view with room service etc. But if you want something more quiet then choose another because it is a popular pool and there were outdoor receptions nearby although they don’t go that late. Both rooms were fairly spacious but need a little bit of updating; other rooms on the property apparently have been. The staff is fantastic at every level and we had superb service at the front desk, both restaurants and at the Tap room. Highly recommend the steakhouse for dinner and ask for a table near the window. We sat there and had a fantastic anniversary dinner. The Tap room is the bar/lounge with great outdoor seating that is very relaxing. We were here over the Memorial Day weekend so there were lots of weddings and people but it was very enjoyable and relaxing. Would recommend calling ahead for your car when coming and going because it is all valet and with the wedding season there can be a wait when wanting to leave. We will definitely be back.
