Summary: This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently off the freeway but the trees make it so you don’t feel next to a highway or hear it. Parking is safe and abundant. You have food options and walking all around. The hotel has food service and a very nice bar. The bed was very comfortable not firm but not mushy. There is an extra futon couch that makes into an extra long twin. I would stay again and I do recommend the hotel if you need an overnight anytime.

Summary: I’ve stayed here a lot, don’t love that the pool is usually cold, too cold, and this time they had no towels out at the pool they were all dirty and took forever for them to do a load to get some. I also don’t love that they charge for parking, but the location is nice.

Summary: We stayed here a couple of years ago. Did not like it then, but it was renovated since, and that resulted in much improvement. Room was nice clean and spacious. Walk in shower in the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Has a bar for drinks and surprisingly good food selection. We had to pay extra for breakfast but it was very good, plentiful and affordable. It seemed there are still a few random glitches they have to fix and the AC/heat unit still as loud as last time, but overall it was a nice experience.

Summary: Even though there is still construction going on outside and some renovations inside, we enjoyed our stay here very much. The front desk personnel were super friendly, the room was very comfy, the breakfast options were fabulous, and the pool was awesome. We loved the heat lamps to keep us warm by the water. The only complaint we have is regarding the shower: one morning I could not get anything warmer than a cool room temp, even though I was the first to shower that day. And the shower floor is extremely slippery, a bit scary even. But we loved how close it was to our daughter's home down the street, and all the rest of our happy experience overall.

Summary: We arrived to discover the entire parking area gad construction vehicles. We assumed this was due to the new Chic' Filet being built next door. Upon entry we discovered the construction was the interior of the hotel. In the condition, it was not going to be a stay free from noise or clutter and while there were some amenities open (like the bar) others were not open (like the hot tub. ) has we known this prior, we would have chosen a different hotel/ location.

Summary: Our whole reason for picking a hotel in Lake Oswego was so that we were staying in a really nice hotel. First thing that we noticed was that they were actively doing construction that wasn't at all posted anywhere when I booked my reservation (I would have picked a different place had I known this). Then we checked in, went up to our room and we were given the wrong room, not the room that we purposely chose. Went down to get cards to the right room and the person tried telling us that they didn't have what we booked available. She finally placed us in the correct type of room. Found out that the pool was closed during the time we would be there (also not posted when we booked the reservation and should have been. The bathroom in our room was a bit of a disappointment as well due to the hair that had been left on the floor of the shower. The MOST frustrating part however was that we were placed right next to the housekeepers room and were woken up by their extreme loudness at 6:30 am. We travel A LOT and stay at a lot of hotels all over and have never stayed in a place that had this many issues. The only thing positive that we can say is the older gentleman at the front desk overnight was super helpful, he was the best part of our stay. Honestly we expected way more from a hotel in Lake Oswego.
