We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside at these times, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Summary: We had an excellent time! Sheets were spotless and everything was laid out for us. Unfortunately, the master bathroom toilet was running when we arrived and was not operational during our stay. The management company was responsive and offered to send someone over on the weekend to fix the toilet and some of the other minor issues we encountered. We had a great stay!

Summary: We are so happy we decided to stay at this house while visiting family over the holiday break. It is well-stocked & we had no trouble finding kitchen gadgets we needed to prepare meals. The layout is great & the beds are so comfortable, everyone slept so well! We had no trouble logging into our Prime account to watch movies & had fun playing mini golf in the backyard & ping pong in the garage. Hope we can stay again! Thanks for everything!

Summary: We gathered in Portland for our family Christmas this year. One of our kids is in a wheelchair and this single-level home was ideal. It worked out perfect for us. Location was great- quiet, safe neighborhood, beautiful trees.

Summary: The yard is amazing! And the house was nice. The management company needs to step up their maintenance. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning. We were disappointed that the management company didn’t notice this nor fix it in the time we were there after we notified them of it. Luckily my son in law was able to clear the clogged line and get it working. Staff should have noticed that the dishes weren’t getting cleaned. Also- we rented with two young babies yet there were several ant traps around on the floor that had clearly been there for a long time. Also, a toilet seat was broken when we arrived- it took 3 days for it to be fixed. The kitchen had barely enough silverware for the 7 of us.

Summary: We we're in the Portland area to attend a memorial service. We met up with other family members. The house was an excellent place to stay and serve as our home base. Very clean with a good layout. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. We would love to stay again. comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful home the outdoor amenities were amazing The home itself lacked in cleanliness. The sheets were dirty in one of the bedrooms and the dining room chairs were a bit wobbly, felt like it may break apart at anytime. If they put some time into deep cleaning the home and updating some of the broken furniture we would come back.

Summary: This was a great house for our little getaway. We needed a quiet place for us to watch movies, play cards, and hang out together and this was exactly what we needed. The fully fenced yard was nice so my dog could explore the latest smells whenever he wanted.
