Negative: Room service comes at 8 o’clock in the morning. If you have the do not disturb sign on, you’ll never get service. They need to get doors that don’t slam. It’s way overpriced. Breakfast wasn’t flavorful and there wasn’t many choices. Showerhead was clocked in the water doesn’t come out and all directions. Bathroom sink will not drain. Bring it up. You’re gonna have to rent your own sink. Parking is astronomically high and if you don’t choose to pay for valet, you’ll pay more per day. I chose pay at property. They sent me a pre-check-in and said I didn’t have a reservation. So I prepaid at booking.com to expedite things and that became a nightmare. The hotel had to put a hole on my card on top of what booking.com did. Honestly you’re probably better off with the Airbnb.

Positive: Good location near restaurants and city center. Easy to park on site w valet. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet.
Negative: Very expensive for just a one night stay with no continental breakfast.

Positive: Nicely designed. Excellent location. Great fitness center.
Negative: Needs new beds and pillows. Alternate day housekeeping is insulting at this price point. Having to go asking for fresh towels is insulting.
