Summary: Stayed here with a few friends and the place was perfect for our trip. Easy access to property and local neighborhoods. Derek was very responsive whenever we needed anything.

Summary: Location of this apartment was great and in walking distance to everything. Apartment is cozy and in a quiet location and building. Only thing that would be great, would be an addition of a dresser or shelves in the bedroom.

Summary: This apartment is cute and in a great location. There is great water pressure, a comfortable bed, plenty of street parking but the wifi signal did not support my phone or the TV. We could not stream anything on the TV or even watch local channels - the Roku kept saying "weak signal". Couldn't even access anything on our phones, pictures and pages could not download or refresh.... We were roaming the entire visit...this was a problem for us mostly at night time and when the rains came...we couldn't watch a movie or the news at all for 5 days withour roaming LTE. I contacted property management 4 times thru email, text, and the rental agency's feedback portal, and did not even get a response other than "I'll have my team look into it." No router to reset so this unit is sharing wifi with other unit(s) most likely. No booster or signal extender either. These are things that would make a stay more enjoyable so I do hope the management fixes the lack of wifi for future guests, and responds more quickly to guests' concerns. I think it would be honest to advertise the poor wifi situation upfront so renters know in advance. Other than this important issue, we were happy with our stay here.

Summary: We were visiting Portland with some family. This little place worked well for my husband and I. It’s clean, seems like it’s been redone relatively recently. Easy walk ability to the waterfront, restaurants and breweries. Manager was easy to contact.

Summary: We had a seamless check in. Derek sent us all of the details. The apartment was clean and inviting. We had the AC on a low setting to sleep comfortably since it was so hot and humid. Highly recommend staying at Derek’s place. Thanks for hosting us!

Summary: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, and bars. Parking wasn't bad at all, I always got a spot right near the apartment, sometimes directly in front.
