Positive: Very good service. The staff is very polite and always available to help. We were upgraded twice, which was a wonderful surprise. Breakfast is excellent, very fresh and local. We loved the building: it’s an ancient private manor full of character and personality. The location is also great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, a metro station just 1 minute away, and easy access to all the major sights. We will definitely come again. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.
Negative: A bit noisy at night but it wasn't really a problem.

Positive: The hotel is located in the best part of the city - Galata/Pera - which is exactly why I initially chose it. The interior is very refined and thoughtfully designed, the location is excellent, and the room had all the necessary amenities. However, what deserves special mention is the level of service. The front desk team, especially Mr Samet and Mr Avni, were incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. They kindly assisted me in changing my room to one with a better city view, and this experience alone completely changed my stay. It inspired me to extend my visit and stay for four additional nights instead of the single night originally planned - which I happily rebooked. This kind of attentive, thoughtful service makes a real difference and is exactly what turns a good hotel into a place you want to return to.
Summary: All was great, we will definitely return!
