Positive: The hotel is in a perfect area, next to metro station, Istiklal road and Galata tower distict with bars and restaurants and night life. The area is crowded, so there is no fear walking around even late at night. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was satisfying, and staff was kind and helpfull, especially Mr. Sezar at the reception desk.
Negative: The wifi signal was not that strong in some rooms. For breakfast there were not many choices for sweets.

Positive: Great location near the metro and pedestrian area. Friendly and helpful staff. Varied breakfast. A small free spa is a nice addition.
Negative: The hotel itself is quite old and needs renovation, the room was not very comfortable. It's on a noisy street in the center of a large city.

Positive: I felt its history the moment you walk in. It’s a place full of character and charm. While some areas are a little older and could use a modern touch, everything is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The warm hospitality,  relaxed atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable is amazing. Sezar and Irfan were awesome. They make the hotel great. I appreciate the cozy, lived-in feel with friendly service, and felt right at home there.
