Summary: We were unhappy that we had tile the outsideGarbage bins out the road but my husband did It. This was not you fault it rained and snowed The whole time we usually filter and get a singe house so it does not get the dogs other than mine barking. But I hope the apartment we Have was in good shape.

Summary: It's a very comfortable little cottage with an amazingly well kitted-out kitchen and a comfy couch to watch TV or to watch the cook cook. My only concern (as a very senior citizen) is that people with even mild mobility issues might find the very steep staircase up to the bedrooms unnerving. I did. The temp. downstairs was most comfortable, but upstairs it was very cold. Therefore, I'd also suggest a few more blankets be made available or perhaps encourage guests to bring their own.

Summary: A teacher friend and I took a little trip up to Niantic and then back down to Westbrook where we stayed overnight. The next day we did some back to school shopping at the outlets, which are minutes away. We enjoyed our time and were extremely comfortable and slept well. We appreciated some of the sweet design details!

Summary: If you are looking for a nice getaway at a private beach this property is for you! The property is decorated perfectly for the beach both inside and out. The property owners are very responsive to all requests and have done a great job making this space a nice getaway. I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Loved the whole layout very summery away feeling . My dog was comfortable with the neighborhood and the great beach swims and parks locally . The hosts were very good communicators and it was easy to get any confusion sorted out . The cottage was quiet and comfortable furniture and close to many restaurants and the grocery store . Very nice after a long period with no travel escape! I recommend highly Bettina Drummond
