Summary: Our family needed a last minute rental for the weekend and we could not have found a more perfect place. This home was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. In addition, the host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Perfect for anyone looking for the Burlington, VT experience with a comfortable place to come home to each night.

Summary: My husband, daughter studying at UVM and I rented this house for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. The house is well stocked, really comfortable beds, and extremely clean. The neighborhood is a great location, very walkable. We were close to the grocery store and it was easy to find. I would recommend the house, it was perfect for us.

Summary: My husband & I enjoyed staying at this house while visiting our daughter at college. It is nicely renovated and full of 'extra' things one might need like toiletries and items in the kitchen. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It is in a lovely neighborhood close to many fast-food options. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Our trip to Vermont was perfect - in large part due to our stay at this property. The location provided easy access to key sites, restaurants, trails and the lake. It was quiet, people were friendly, and it was great for walking our dogs. Kathryn was responsive - providing us with recommendations and checking in quickly when we had questions. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to go back soon!

Summary: Clean and quiet, located in a friendly neighborhood but lightings are cold and excessively bright, felt like staying at a Staples store. Bathroom is quite old and the shower is shabby. This rental is way too expensive considering the cold empty vibe. The basement is creepy.
