Summary: We rented the house for two weeks in February - working remote while enjoying the great weather. We worked out on the table in the screened in porch, at the kitchen counter and at the table & chairs at the front of the house. Very comfortable for myself, my husband and our dog. The location was very convenient to explore Sarasota, take in a spring season ballgame and walk the neighboring neighborhoods.

Summary: This house was perfect for our two week Sarasota vacation. Great decor. Comfortable for four adults and a dog. Easy walk to nice park including large dog park. Fabulous location, close to everything. Wonderful large screened lanai. Very good WiFi. Quiet neighborhood. Efficient kitchen and convenient washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Our mini-family spent days in this sweet cottage. Clean, communication with the management company was easy, the cottage was as described. New looking appliances, great water pressure and heat (36F) were a huge plus. Too bad we count use the dining table on the patio, but the kitchen has folding dining table one can open. The linens/ towels were white and like new. Th pillows could be softer and the placemats outside could be replaced. But those are minor details that can be easily improved. We would definitely stay there again!
