Positive: Absolutely amazing house. Very stylish and comfortable. One of the best vacation rental I’ve ever had. Great fit for couple families. Spacious house with modern design! Very close to the most popular beaches. Everything is so close! Stores, gas stations, hospital, pharmacy. Everything you need in just a minutes. Owners response very quick.

Positive: We were pleased with the neighborhood being close to beach and downtown. Safe neighborhood with nearby tennis center and ymca with lap swim. The open living room and kitchen were perfect for our large family gathering. Salt water pool was wonderful and spa.
Negative: There was no garbage bags for kitchen trash. Very little instructions for high tech built in coffee maker. We figured it out. The front door never opened with the code. We got locked out and had to walk around to back. The door of freezer and fridge are very sensitive and beep if opened for short stint.
Summary: The luxe home rental is of top quality in appliances and furnishings. We enjoyed the space immensely.
