3 Bedroom House in West Bucktown, Chicago

I bought this house in Spring of 2016 and have been remodeling and updating it. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath located in the hallway. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room and another bedroom which I use as my artist's studio. The basement level has a full bath, living room, laundry area, pool table room and bar. There is a queen-size foam mattress sofa bed in the basement. Finally, I have a large backyard that is completely fenced in, along with a 2 car garage. My house will comfortably sleep six adults with two people to a bed.

Summary: This was a terrific home for a holiday stay with our grown kids. We chose Logan Square because our daughter lives close by. The home was very clean and cute! It was pet friendly and didn't smell like dog. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in front yard where he could people watch! There were lovely touches in the home and it was all decorated for Christmas for us to enjoy. The Agora Market is great, little gourmet market very close to pick up anything you might need. The host did everything she could to make it a 5 star stay! Thank you!

Summary: This was such a great place to stay during our visit to Chicago. Neighborhood had many great restaurants and was close to public transport. Highly recommend!! We will stay here again the next time we are in town!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this immaculate and well-appointed property. The home had everything we needed and then some. We particularly enjoyed the private backyard and being able to walk to numerous restaurants and shops. The host (Dena) was very kind, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: Thank you for a wonderful four-night stay in your lovely home. The garage was a plus, the living room was a perfect spot to watch the Olympics with the family, and the bedrooms offered a peaceful night’s sleep. We will be in touch should we breeze thru town again!

Summary: This house is amazing. Perfect for getting out to explore Chicago. Communication with the owner was great and she even had some art supplies out for our daughter to occupy her time when we weren't out exploring. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Chicago.

Summary: The house and yard worked exactly as we hoped for my wife and I, and our daughter’s family including two grandkids and their dog! It was also well decorated and just had a nice feel to it. It’s easy to tell that Dena is a very caring person, and she’s an excellent host!
