Positive: the room was very comfortable, I was surprised by how modern it was. its clean, some blankets were individually packed, and the sheets were spotless!

Negative: the room promised some view descriptions, but the reality did not match. I had a view of the palazzo infront. the pricing of the room was expensive to what I was expecting in terms of region, location, and period of the month.

Positive: The green heart is a beautiful accommodation in Norcia. The room was very clean and bed was really comfortable. Cleaner than staying at a hotel and I've stayed at many 4 star hotels. A short walk to the center, great location!! Breakfast at the cafe is excellent, very nice touch. The room has all the amenities, they thought of everything and great attention to detail. We had the room with the terrace and loved it. Highly recommend.

Positive: Katia was a kind and thoughtful host. She gave us many recommendations on where to go and even arranged a dinner booking for us! My husband is learning Italian and she was patient and fun to speak with. The accommodation itself is a great size, super clean and well maintained. A great find!
