Positive: I did not know what to expect as this area is new to me. The photos are so warm and welcoming. I understood that the owner did not speak english...that is not a problem for me. I know I can make it work. She was there when I arrived and showed me right in. The room was large and comfortable, very clean...the wifi was perfect. The breakfast was all that I needed. Check out time is 10. I liked that is was quiet and the location was perfect for me to see the area. The view out the window was beautiful.

Negative: For me, I try to find a place with personality...a place where I can make a connection with the owners...a real local experience. Although all was great with the agriturismo ( why agriturismo? I didn't see any farming or animals ) As a solo traveller, I was missing anything personal in this experience....if you don't need that then this place is perfect.

Summary: Very good stay but a bit too impersonal for me.

Positive: Such a lovely welcome and atmosphere. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Lovely quiet location just outside Norcia. Great breakfast!

Negative: There was nothing we could criticise. All great!
