The 3 bedroom, 3 full baths features upgraded SS appliances, full size washer / dryer, wi-fi, large Flatscreen HD Smart TV in the spacious living room. The queen-size couch bed adds to the number of people the property can accommodate.
We have fully stocked pantry and spices. All we ask is that you replenish when empty.
Outdoor grill allows for relaxation while preparing a family meal. Our daughter lives a short distance away in case you need some assistance.

Summary: Fantastic property. Clean and modern town home with easy access to campus. Open floor plan creates a great hangout area with big flat screen TV. Great access to TV channels including NFL network and golf channel. Bed rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is a beautiful "home" away! Everything you need to make your stay perfect. We had 8 adults that slept comfortably in the home. Large kitchen for eating in and socializing. Even the fold out couch got five stars!! The welcome basket was a super nice touch--the owners really took the time to make sure this place feels like home. We'll be back for the next College Graduation student!! (one down, 2 to go) Gig 'em!!!

Summary: We were pleased with the townhouse. It was so nice to have a place everyone could hang out in and relax and catch up. We loved the location and it was only 10 minutes to the stadium and the college in general. The townhome was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you might need to entertain people. So much better than staying in a hotel. We loved it! I’d stay there again and I’d also recommend this place for sure!
