Living room boasts picture windows, beautiful natural lighting, vaulted ceiling, and wood beams. The first floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. Also downstairs is one bedroom with two twin beds and 1.25 bathrooms. Upstairs contains four additional bedrooms: the master suite which includes a king bed, jetted tub, steam shower and 50” Smart TV; 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and one bedroom with two double beds; and 2 additional full size bathrooms. Last but not least, step outside to the beautiful backyard complete with sitting area, grill, large playscape for children all situated on a wooded1.5 acre corner lot.

Summary: House was clean and had plenty of space. It was perfect for our family get away with kids. Kids loved the huge yard, basketball goal and playscape. The heat in some of the rooms was too hot or not hot enough but it was to be expected with the size of the house and temperature being 30 degrees outside.

Summary: We can’t say enough good about this place. The house is magnificent, the yard front and back are great. Tv with covered outside patio. A very good play set for the kids. We will stay at this house every time we come to college station. We have stayed in a lot of homes, the touches on this home were so nice.

Summary: We had a wonderful 2-night stay for Aggie graduation. The property served us well, with guests ages 3-83: plenty of hang out space, more than enough bedrooms, the BBQ, the yard and playset. All was great.

Summary: There were 10 of us here for the A&M game. The house is easy to find and far enough away from the busyness of game day on campus. Our granddaughter loved the playscape and I was grateful for the kitchen size and conveniences. All of the main bedrooms are upstairs which could affect guests with mobility issues. We planned to let my parents have the master since it was the only bedroom with a king bed. They had a little trouble with the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening up your home.
