Positive: Really nice stuff, transportation drivers were really kind and friendly. Pool was great and many animals were in the location which was really good for our child. Overall recommend it very much!
Negative: Staff person forgot to serve us the meal we ordered however he clearly wrote it on the paper and he said that the transportation was gratis, but in the end we had to pay for it.

Positive: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did helps us with problems in the room. Always helpful and respectful.
Negative: I don’t think the place is very suitable for small children. I missed having a small fridge, and the selection of food and drinks was very limited. The shower was also not easy to use with small kids. Additionally, it would be nice to have fresh orange juice at breakfast.
Summary: It was ok and staff were very friendly but I just missed a so authentic luxury feeling

Positive: The lodge was aesthetically beautiful. The rooms were really well decorated with a good comfy bed and good shower. The pool area was stunning and loungers were comfortable. The views from the hotel were lovely especially the sunset. The staff were friendly. And the animals at the Lodge were clearly well loved and looked after.
Negative: The Lodge location is in the middle of nowhere. We knew the hotel was not in the City centre, which we were excited for, to enjoy a quiet relaxing break - but unfortunately the restaurant/food at the lodge was awful. The free breakfast was the same every morning. Lunch had 1 option and the dinner menu only had several meat variations of the same 3 dishes. With a 7 night stay it was a poor selection. There are no other restaurants or food options near by and because of this we had to get taxis in the Marrakech city centre for dinner several nights (and the taxis are not cheap at around £50 return). The food is really letting the Lodge down, if this was improved we would 100% recommend to others but unfortunately we would not stay here again because of this. We even refused to pay for one nights meal as it was so bad. Please fix the food options and menu.
Summary: Beautiful pool and aesthetically pleasing. But the food & limited menu means we wouldn't recommend.

Positive: The Aghmat Lodge is located in pretty remote location in a big garden - the property is very well maintained and clean. There is a big pool, sunchairs around etc. The room is located just at the pool (please check as some other rooms are not dorectly at the pool, but close to a place where horses, sheeps, chickens are kept). It is very clean everywhere. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was good (standard moroccan, but pretty nice variety) The staff is very nice, helpful and really taking care of you.
Negative: Please be aware that the bathroom is like part of the room, no doors and real separation from the room - not a minus, but for some maybe lack of privacy. Everyone who is passing your room can look into it - again, not a minus but I know some people don’t pike it and require more privacy (there are courtains, but it is dark in the room with them). Playing pool is 2 EUR - I believe this should be for free taking into consideration the overall price. Please also bear in mind, that the location is remote - not a lot of other restaurants, shops etc. The coffee for breakfast is a bit tasteless.
Summary: I would recommend it for staying 1-2 noghts and relaxing at the pool.
