Summary: The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast. The location was exactly what we were looking for, allowing us to explore and enjoy small towns and local wineries, yet able to visit Pisa and the coast as well. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend the accommodations for anyone looking for a simple yet beautiful stay in the Tuscany region.

Summary: We really enjoyed the week in Terricciola. Stefano, Marta and all the cats (especially three of them) were very kind hosts. Everything needed is in the appartment. Terrific view from the terasse. The pool was wonderful after a day of walking and sightseeing. The short gravel road that others noted is absolutely no problem for a normal car.

Summary: Our best recommendation to this nice place and host Stefano and Martha. Extremely kind and welcoming couple. Very quiet surrounding, and the most beautiful view from the terrace and pool arear. Pool area was new and well maintained with sunbeds for all. The air condition was efficient and quiet - one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen/living arear. Also the shutters in front of the windows kept the heat out and allowed us the sleep in the morning as no light enter the rooms If the shutters are closed. Shopping possibilities within driving distance of appx 15 min. My husband likes to cook, and we received some vegetables from their garden -so nice- best tomatoes. Possibility to charge electrical vehicle worked super fine, so we charged during the night before we left so we had a full tank to start our journey back. Thanks a lot for your hospitality we really felt welcome.

Summary: Stefano and his family are so, so kind! I mean, genuinely nice people who are extremely friendly but also care for your privacy. The apartment has everything that you need and I can imagine in summer it also keeps cool, the yard and the surroundings are stunning, and the view from the terrace is absolutely heavenly. Summary: We had an excellent holiday with our 2 children of 6 and 8 y/o in Podere Corniano! You get what they promise, it's a small house without luxury, but clean, familial atmosphere, you have all what you need. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great! The children liked the cats a lot. The big strength however is the amazing view and environment. Everywhere you look it's like a painting. The sunsets are so beautiful. If you want to rest in a breathtaking environment, there is no better place. The supermarket is close and cities like Pisa, Firenze and Siena are not very far away either. And of course the great hosts Marta and Stefano. You get a very warm welcome and feel immediately at home. They were very helpful and friendly during our stay. They work hard to make it such a wonderful place. The pizza evening was great, excellent pizza by 'the king of pizza' :-). I would recomment this place to everyone. Congratulations to Marta and Stefano with this great realisation!

Summary: We had a really lovely holiday- the apartment was as described and had everything we needed - the location was absolutely great for our dog who could run around freely and for us as our favorite towns San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa were within an hour driving distance. Most special about this holiday however was the hospitality and friendliness of our host Stefano. Very responsive and kind and easy to communicate with. He also prepared pizza’s for us in a 90 year old stone oven which was delicious! We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who loves rural Tuscany and especially if you want to bring a dog!
