It consists of two large rooms. Spacious bathroom with shower.
Exclusive access, American kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob and oven. Spacious garden with winter garden.
The south - west orientation of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the vineyards, the medieval abbey of Badia di Morrona and the hills as far as Pisa and the Apuan Alps.
Consumption and the weekly change of bed and bathroom linen are included in the price.
We are 9 km from the Casciana thermal baths, where balneotherapy, whirlpool baths and beauty farm treatments are possible.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach many cities of art and fascinating medieval villages such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Versilia, Le Cinque Terre, and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
You can reach us in 15 minutes by car from the 'Pontedera' exit of the FI-Pi-LI motorway.
In the house there's our house and two flats for our our guests
the flat SOLE and the flat LUNA both with one Doublebed each.
Each flat has an independent entrance and its own private terrace with a view of the garden, the swimming pool and the sunset.

Summary: first of all the good: VIEW was as pictured . over the top amazing ! the apartment itself was cute and cozy and the location good. the hosts very nice people greeted us warmly . HOWEVER we felt the description was misleading at best. the owners need to be more clear about this place and say it is NOT private instead of saying it is. The pool is shared with another apartment and the owners so at least 4 and at times many more.. and we were surprised given the multiple times the listing said "private" given the small space we were all on top of each other . Even the little sunroom was used at times by the owners. they had a big dinner party one night, they used the pool all day and although they have a right to do that we felt the description didn't say that so we felt misled the apartment has NO AIR CONDITIONING and no screens on windows so with temperatures reaching 95 we were hot had to open windows no cross breeze and bugs everywhere . we ended up leaving early and going to florence . it was impossible to stay inside and as i mentioned before because everyone was on top of each other not comfortable to be outside or even have a private momentso you can't stay inside and you can't go outside . finally the WIFI only worked outside or intermittently in the living room. never reached the bedroom and they didn't seem bothered about it when i told them ... they told me to connect at the loggia . the price is good the view is amazing but we would never rent here again.

Summary: Maurizio and Stefania are terrific hosts. Very kind, welcoming and helpful. The apartment is superb and the pool outstanding. They gave us some great tips for local sightseeing trips that were not the usual ones which made for a very special time. We would definitely go back and thoroughly recommend it to others. The weather was off the charts!

Summary: Great hosts and beautiful place with amazing views. Stefania and Maurizio were very helpful recommending places to go and places to eat, they have lots of information and maps, etc. Sole apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is so peaceful. My favourite part was the Tuscan dinner...great cooks and they make you feel at home! Also, if you like wild boar, I would recommend to go the restaurant they know. Thanks!

Summary: A charming apartment in town but from your terrace you will think you are in the beautiful Tuscan Hills. Our charming hosts made us very welcome and shared their delightful home. The location is very central for trips to Lucca, Pisa and more. They recommended we also went to Volterra which was a fabulous adventure. Thank you very much to Francesca and Maurizio for a wonderful typical Tryscan evening meal as well. This is a charming home you will also enjoy.

Summary: One week of hospitality in Tuscan lifestyle and a caring equipped and clean apartment. The view from the terrace is overwhelming. It lies very calm in typical Tuscan hills. From Morrona you can drive to the main touristic citys within an hour. Two big supermarkets and the highway are only 15 minutes away and our hosts Stefania and Maurizio had a lot of insider hints - even in English and German - for us. Summary: We can strongly reccomend this great accomendation in Terricciola. Warm and friendly housts and a nice welcoming at the arriving. The location is perfect for exploring this part of Tuscany and we also got maps and suggestions from the owners. The owners did treat us with a wonderful Tuscany meal one night that was very tasty and appreceated by us. The wiev from the veranda was fantastic and the appartement clean and got all things we needed. Thank you ! Tapio and Carina from Sweden
