OVERVIEW OF THE VILLA
In a gated community in the quiet, peaceful village of Le Trayas, this magnificent villa offers breath-taking views over the Mediterranean, Iles de Lérins, Cap d’Antibes, Cannes, the Esteril Mountains and the Alps. The panoramic views are captivating all year round and due to the villa's location in the centre of the Riviera there are always plenty of things going on within easy each.
The villa is set over 2 floors with 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people.
It has an upstairs terrace and large downstairs pool area with a heated, infinity pool.
For winter stays, there is central heating throughout the villa, as well as an open fire making the living area perfect for cosy nights in. Large outdoor blankets are available to snuggle up in and stay warm while enjoying the fresh sea air.
The villa is available throughout the winter months and as well as warm winter bedding, the villa is also decorated ready for Christmas throughout December.
The villa has been finished to the highest standards to ensure a luxurious stay on the French Riviera whether your stay is during summer or winter.

Summary: We loved our stay in La Trayas at this villa. The views are gorgeous from every room, we enjoyed the pool and were very comfortable. We elected to cook for ourselves a couple of times and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are Very gracious and easily available.

Summary: We had a fantastic time staying at Debbie’s house in Le Trayas! The house was the perfect size - and had an incredible balcony where we ate every meal and a beautiful pool and terrace where we relaxed and enjoyed our stay! The house is a bit removed from the major cities, which we enjoyed! Without renting a car, we were still able to get around the area and went to Cannes and Nice easily. The walk to the local market and train station were very easy, but you’re in for a workout walking back up the hills to the house! Overall we had a fantastic time, communication with Debbie was unmatched and we’d love to return again some day!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Le Trayas at Debbie’s property. We chose this location as we have family in the same neighbourhood. Worked out amazingly for us being so close. I was chatting with Debbie months out from our arrival and she was extremely helpful. Helped us organize a chef, transportation and answered all of my family’s questions. The house is large and spacious and has an incredible view. We were very comfortable here and Debbie was there to check us in and make sure that we had everything we needed. Thanks Debbie! Hope to be back one day.

Summary: I’ve never stayed at a property with such an expectational view. The blue sea meets the blue sky to create an endless view — truly beyond words. We were so captivated by it that while eating, we all sat on one side of the patio table so everyone had the view. We loved this property. It was well-appointed, super comfortable (loved the beds), great pool/deck and kitchen. We had a car but were pleasantly surprised that the train station was so convenient and close. We used it to visit nearby cities and avoid driving. Spectacular place to stay. Thank you, Debbie!

Summary: A thoroughly fabulous stay for us and 6 of our friends. A beautiful villa, wonderful facilities and everything provided. Elevated position with wonderful views. Great communication with Debbie and Brent both before and during the stay. One tip, you definitely need to hire a car. It’s a long steep walk to all amenities and from sea level. Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed at the villa for 1 week as a group of 7 (ages 33-42). The villa was beautiful, exactly as pictured, the view was gorgeous, waking up to it every morning feels like a dream. Debbie was super easy to communicate with and she always responds promptly. The main thing to keep in mind is that you definitely need a car to get to and from the villa (taxi is ok as well) but if you want to do any exploring it would be good to have a car cause it's not super close to the cities. We spent much if the time lounging by the pool, chilling in the villa, cooking dinners ourselves so it wasn't a big deal, but if you're thinking of doing a lot of exploring and going to all the neighboring cities (Cannes, Nice, St Tropez, Antibes, Grasse etc) it could seem a bit far. There is a train station about 5 minutes drive from the villa so that is also a great option! Overall loved our stay here, thank you so much for having us! Bonus: There's also a laundry room which is a huge plus for us and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
