Positive: Beautiful location with lovely staff. Beachfront room with pool was very nice.
Negative: Many areas were maintained poorly. Beautiful beach which is obviously the best asset…..again let down with poor maintenance. Rubbish on beach, how hard can it be for staff to pick up. Grass area full of weeds and this was the only way to walk to our beachfront room. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing more.
Summary: Beautiful location, excellent staff….but management need to improve maintenance.

Positive: Very good location, very quiet, tranquil. All properties covered with beautiful trees and shrubs. Beautiful smells from the frangipanies and other plants. Also, one of the best beaches on the island.
Negative: Nothing I could say that we didn’t like.
Summary: Very tranquil place with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and we enjoyed every meal we had in the restaurant. W

Positive: The beach is beautiful. The layout and the garden of the resort is beautiful. The pool at the villa is nice.
Negative: The villas really need an update. The walls were really dirty and need to get a new painting.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The resort was good located with a wonderful view over the sea. The staff was very helpful always with a smile
Negative: All the steps without elevators it be heavy to move when it’s hot weather and if you are older. The prices at the rest/bar near the beach was high

Positive: Excellent and calm white sand beach, decent small coral reefs near (you can snorkel from the shore). Very good rich in protein breakfast: every morning at least couple choises from squid, chicken, beef, fish, duck breast (!) etc
Negative: Hotel desperatly needs renovation, this was the first time in Koh Kood so far, maybe it is due to lack of competition. Besides we have booked for 5 persons villa where the only child is 8 years old, according to them child must sleep together with adults in one bed otherwise they ask extra bed 1000BTH/night !!! :) After negotiations they reduced to 500BTH/night. Unpleasant anyway.

Positive: Resort location is one of the most decent beaches and sunsets watching spot on the island. It's landscape is great.
Negative: Renovation is ongoing and may cause an unpleasant look which jeopardizes its charm. Details of room improvement can be better.
