Positive: Loved the quiet location, comfort of the apartment and beach. Noted that windows/ doors have netting. Good things for summer evenings.
Negative: Half paved road to the property through the village, all the village roads were like this. Not the owners fault clearly but arriving at night wasn't easy. Might be useful to leave message in the apartment about what to do if there is no hot water-caused due to cloudy conditions. We sent an email and were told to switch water heater on in fuse cabinet. We missed morning showers though. With message left in apartment guests will get their hot water back quicker. Need details left in apartment about what to do with waste and recycling at the end. Bins not obvious on street. Still had a lovely time though.

Negative: Kitchen was full of ants. There were no cleaning during our stay or any contact with the owner. In the lower appartment there were about 40-people-party with fireworks and loud noise. The air conditioning drainage was not solved, so the used water flows all over the terrace.

Positive: The apartment is new and everything is very clean. There is everything what you need, very spacious. The view is 10 out of 10. If you need to escape from hustle and bustle, it's a perfect place. Beach isn't overcrowded with crystal clear water. Round the corner you can find tavernas, near the gold sand beach.
Negative: I would suggest to provide small blankets for evenings on the terrace, when temperature droppes, it would be nice to wrap up with a glass of wine.

Positive: Apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. The beach is directly accessable from the garden and there is a small private shower for rinsing salty water off. The more popular Zorba beach is within walking distance. Place is great for families or groups looking for remote and quiet holidays. However it is still close to some main touristic attractions. The owners were helpful and arranged car rental at very competitive price as well as remote check in.
Negative: The towels were not changed after the first week, but was not a big problem since there is a washing machine available on site Mosquito net works well for mosquitos but not for the small flies that go through and bite painfully at night. Had to keep the terrace closed after sunset.
