Summary: Unfortunately, we had a ruff start with the downstairs a/c tripping off but the host was able to fix this. There were a lot of cob webs and the unit was not as clean as expected. After doing a walk through I had a list of items that needed attention. We did not feel this host was ready and prepared for our arrival. No big trash cans to empty daily trash (ie: kitchen trash). The house sits on a busy road with lots of traffic and very noisy. There were not enough forks, utensils, or other items considering there are 3 bedrooms and it sleeps 6. No BBQ but host said she had one for us but it never appeared. Overall, it is a basic facility with lots of space and a good size kitchen but needed more improvement for a more comfortable stay.

Summary: We played in a tournament and this property was perfect for us. Clean, cool and comfortable. Washer and dryer kept us fresh as well.

Summary: The house is spacious with a nice kitchen, three large bedrooms upstairs with AC units!! The hosts responded to all of our questions/needs, and even left a few nice local treats for us. The house is situated on a busy road (the only downside) but has a nice deck in the back. We also liked the exposed beams in the living room.

Summary: The house is a convenient 20 minute drive from main street in cooperstown. We spent most of our time at the house on the private back deck. All my guests said the beds were comfortable as well. The hosts were very accommodating having everything you would need. Don't hesitate to book.

Summary: This Home was a perfect place to use as a home base for a 2 day concert at ommegang. The host was beyond helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to make the trip easy.
