Summary: After a couple of nights with the A/Cs rattling we tried to find an alternative property to move to. We were unsuccessful. Seems like other reviewers either love this house or hate it. We are somewhere in between. We would not stay there again. It comes down to you get what you pay for.

Summary: This home is in a very beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to an amazing park. The house itself is unimpressive. It was dusty and felt dirty. Walls split and cracked and coming apart at door frames. The images do not show the window unit AC in each room. They are noisy (more than normal) and you cannot carry on a conversation with them running. The table is not what is pictured and only seats 4 and the back yard was overgrown. The grill is there but pushed up against a shed that you would need to wade through overgrown weeds to get to. The kitchen also has dishes. However, there is not even so much as a packet of salt, so really dont plan to cook unless you want to buy all the basics. The local fire crew is incredibly nice! We met them at 3am when an alarm in the basement malfunctioned. I cannot say enough what a beautiful neighborhood this house sits in. It is also very close to crossgates mall, which is nice.

Summary: Our family stayed for a week. It was very conformable and well equipped. The location is great - it is very close to the airport and a 10 min drive from major attractions. We enjoyed strolling in the quiet neighborhood and our dog loved the huge fenced back yard. We were there during a rare heat wave and found the window units not that effective to cool the house. Once the heat wave passed it was very pleasant. We plan to stay there again in our next visits to Albany.

Summary: We needed a place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. This place was perfect for my husband, two teens and I. My sister's wedding had too much food, so all of my family in the area came the next day for a small after party to use up the leftovers. It was perfect for entertaining my Mom, Dad, siblings and their kids. Having the big backyard available meant that my two dogs got to come with us as well! Stewarts being a walk right around the corner was super convenient too!
