June Farms is like no place else on earth! "My New Happy Place" is a comment we hear quite often. Pamper yourself in our newest luxury property at the farm, our Wellness Hut. Built out of converted agricultural Quonset Huts, each cabin has a dry/wet sauna, soaking tub, optional cold plunge, outdoor shower, radiant heat/AC, and king bed.
We rarely have guests reach out to us for help, as everything is noted in your Check In Details. Please reach out to Miss Michelle DIRECTLY via text message if you have any questions.
Each Wellness Hut has one king bed and one day bed (single). You are welcome to bring additional children if you would like, even if it exceeds the 3 person maximum. We do not, however, have additional pull-out beds or cribs.
The "neighborhood" is what we call "farm country". However, we are just 10 minutes away from Albany and Troy, and about 45 minutes from Saratoga and Schenectady. There are many amazing restaurants very close by, and excellent shopping. When you book, you will receive a link to our blog giving you many suggestions for fun things to do off the farm.
When you stay at June Farms, you will be able to walk around the farm at any time and enjoy meeting all of our happy farm animals. The trails and farm paths throughout the farm are also yours to enjoy.
We do ask that you do not go up to the other cabins and interrupt their privacy.
This is one of the most unique experiences you will ever have. We have turned XL agricultural Quonset Huts into luxury living for you to enjoy while you spend your time at peaceful, magical June Farms.
There are 3 Wellness Huts, each about 100 feet away from each other. You can either rent them one at a time, or all 3 at once. If you would to book them all at the same time, please reach out to Matt directly at the farm and he can help you with that booking.
Please do not expect the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant to be open during your visit. We are closed very often for private events. If The Pony Barn is closed, there are many local bars/restaurants you will love, and a grocery store right around the corner!
If you are looking to enjoy The Pony Barn restaurant/bar, you are certainly welcome to join in on the fun at the bar, no reservation needed for cabin guests. Please note that The Pony Barn is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day, but please check our calendar to see if there are any special ticketed events you may enjoy!

One of the great things about June Farms is its proximity to the Albany Amtrak train station. It is a very simple, and short Uber ride (10 minutes) should you decide to take the train. Otherwise, we would suggest renting a car so that you can drive to the nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Around the farm, you can walk or rent a golf cart during your trip.
The owner of the farm, Matt Baumgartner, is a local restaurateur, and can give excellent recommendations for dining out and local experiences.
Also, June Farms is a short Uber / Lyft ride from the Albany Amtrak Train Station, and is only 10 minutes from downtown Albany & Troy.
Because of the popularity of JUNE FARMS, we can NOT guarantee that the Pony Barn Bar & Restaurant will be open/available during your stay. Private parties and events often get booked last minute. We promise you that the farm itself, and the animals and serenity, are the true appeal of the property. You will not be disappointed even if the Pony Barn is not open.

Summary: An easy drive from the city, easy booking and great communication from Michelle. My boyfriend and I booked the Wellness Hut for a little Valentines Day treat. The hut is spacious yet intimate, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna was awesome!! Had everything we needed and more. Now lets talk about the farm ... wow the friendliest animals I have ever met! You can tell they are well taken care of which is why they are so sweet. A fun variety of animals and the staff is amazing. The first day we explored on our own and brought our dog with us. The next day we booked the ATV tour and got to not only ride around the farm and learn more about this beautiful place, but our tour guide Josh let us go inside the gated area with the animals and get snuggly with them :) This for me was the best part. Brushing the goats, petting the pigs and sheep, meeting all of the animals by name and getting to know their sweet personalities. Overall an amazing experience, I can't wait to go back and if I get married...this would be the place!! Wow, stunning!

Summary: . The place was lovely, really aesthetically beautiful. Its a peaceful, happy and relaxing place. I'd like to say up front that the only reason we didnt give the place 5 stars is simply because the hospitality could use a bit of tweaking. When we arrived we didnt know where to go, how to check in or where anything was. We walked around a bit just to get the lay of the land. I had to reach out to the owner as there was noone around and we didnt want to just go into one of the huts that may have been occupied. Finally we flagged down a lovely woman named Victoria and her sweet dogs. Victoria was very nice and helped us figure it all out and confirm where we should go. At that point Matthew (owner) called me back and answered our questions. My two friends and I came up to celebrate a birthday and were pleased to find out that Uber was available to take us into Albany for dinner. Dinner was great. Everything at the farm is really beautiful and inviting and well laid out. The wellness hut was perfectly decorated and an ideal set up for us. Unfortunately , the restaurant/ bar wasn't open The room had coffee and a lovely bottle of wine left for us to enjoy. The bedding and decor was beautiful. There was a fire pit which we didn't have a chance to use. A sauna and a lovely soaking tub with salts and candles. It was so nice to roam the property, visit and feed the animals and walk around the pristine grounds. Overall it was a great getaway once we found where we needed to be. Its a beautiful place.

Summary: We absolutely loved the Wellness Hut! The space was incredibly clean, stylish, modern, and cozy. Great bathtub and bathroom, and the personal sauna was the cherry on top of the cake! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend (or mid-week) escape!

Summary: Highly recommend staying here. This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The soaking tub and sauna were amazing. The kitchenette had everything you needed. We ordered a fruit and cheese board and it was delicious! Just an all around beautiful stay! Can't wait to stay again!!

Summary: We decided to do a staycation in the Wellness Hut for my husband's birthday. We're local and have gone to June Farms several times before. The entire farm has a charm that puts you at ease and so does the Wellness Hut. Great decor and atmosphere that set a perfect mood. The sauna, shower, and soaking tub really invite you to participate and decompress. I made one extra request and the team at June Farms went above and beyond to provide exceptionally friendly, fast, and thoughtful guest service. The extra bonus was that it was Dueling Piano night and the owner welcomed us to join -turned out to be so much fun and uplifting. Perfect stay, great place for parents to do a staycation away from their kids!

Summary: June Farms is our happy place! This was our third year celebrating our anniversary at June Farms and it did not disappoint. The staff is amazing they are friendly and super helpful. this has become our anniversary trip and will continue to be for a very long time. We have stayed in the Tipi Amazing experience, the Airstream was also excellent and on this trip, we did the Wellness Hut and which was incredible. Someone asked us which we have liked the best I could honestly not say because I like every single one for very different reasons so if you can try them all like us. I recommend June Farms if you are looking for a unique relaxing experience.
