Positive: its a beautiful location, but really high so a lot colder. the staff is really sweet and helpful and the food (had a 3 course surprise meal every night for 1800 CVE) was great. good bed & nice shower. great place to start your hike to Pico Antonio.

Negative: the restaurants nearby play radio super loud and it echoes through the whole valley, so it was chaotic. wasn’t expecting to hear ‘The Final Countdown’ in such a beautiful place. something they can’t control: the weather. it was 15 degrees and really humid. it rained too and it was too cold to sit outside. in the night I slept with two extra blankets.

Summary: great place, sweet staff, good food. wouldn’t stay longer than a night or two due to the cold.

Positive: What a magical place! The location is one of a kind, as well is the kindness of the staff. Not only the owner Petra, who knows everything about the island and where you definitely should go (including making the arrangements), but also definitely the other people working there made our stay fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The view is amazing! Unfortunately due to time we couldn’t take a dive in the pool. Ps. Bring warm clothes because it gets cold when the sun sets. Obrigada!
