It is situated in the charming village of Skouloufia, just 18 kilometers from Rethymno town. The entire villa spans an expansive 270 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. In the front of the villa, there is a paved patio area hosting a private 30-square-meter swimming pool that also includes a children's pool, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas.
