Villa Kairos is located in the heights of the small village of Skouloufia in a hamlet of a few villas about 15km from the center of the seaside resort of Rethymno in the north of the island and only a few kilometers from the first beaches.

Summary: We had two weeks here and it was fantastic, would definitely recommend. Stunning villa, stunning views and the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. Nice and close to local town but far away enough to leave all stresses behind. Thank you Pascal.

Summary: The villa was so well equipped and really lovely location. The pool absolutely heaven for cooling off after a day site seeing. Local taverna café really good - no choice of food but all you need at the end of the day. Local Cretan wine really surprising good. Local police could do with learning a few manners. though! Beware you cannot turn left onto the Rethymno highway although there is no sign to say you can't! They don't make tourists feel very welcome despite needing our money!

Summary: This home was not short of exactly what we were looking for! Room enough for all, the pool was a great sanctuary. The rooftop was the destination for our sunset glass of wine each night. There was nothing lacking in any aspect of this home. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a bit out of the way, which we loved, but might not be what everyone is looking for.

Summary: This is an outstanding property set in beautiful gardens. The villa is spacious and equipped with all of the comforts of home. Great views from all of the outdoor areas and a wonderful infinity pool. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this ranks in the top 5%. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed at the Villa Kairos from the 24th August to 14th September 2018, a real home from home. The villa is set in a quite location in wonderful secluded gardens at the end of a long driveway, and offered us everything that we could wish for. There are stunning views which also offer fantastic sunsets. Although there is not a maid service included, one is available at an additional cost of 50 euros, which you arrange directly but is well worth it as she provides an excellent cleaning service. Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would strongly recommend Villa Kairos.

Summary: In June 2018 we spend 10 days in the holiday home of Pascal. As we were travelling with a one year old we were very sensitive to all amenities. To our pleasant surprise, Pascal equipped the home with a baby bed and a baby chair. The holiday home itself is exactly like it is shown on the pictures - one feels immediately like home. While being a little bit off the touristic main routes, we appreciated the relaxing atmosphere a lot & only a 15 minutes drive brings one to the loveliest beaches of Crete. We enjoyed our stay and will surely come again.

Summary: Villa Kairos is more home from home than your usual holiday villa, Set in lovely gardens with a panoramic views, the photos truly do not do it Justice. The Villa is very tastefully decorated with quality furniture and fabrics, The beds are very comfortable through out. Our family group of seven had more than enough space to enjoy each others company without getting under each others feet for our 11 day stay. Very friendly help and advice was on hand from the owners . It was a pleasure meeting them on our last day as they were then using the villa for themselves. We would not hesitate to return to Crete and Villa Kairos it was just lovely.

Summary: As the title says, Villa Kairos is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious all rolled into one. We stayed for two weeks at the end of Sept 2014 along with our 4 month year old son and loved every minute. The villa is really new so everything has hardly been touched and works fantastically. It has all the mod-cons you would expect. All the bedrooms are a really good size with enough storage for a lot more people. The open plan dining/living area is perfect and is great to be able to go straight out to the pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool is really nice and on the hotter days was a good temperature. It was also cleaned every other day. The outdoor space means that you get all of the sun throughout the day and the sun loungers, were very comfortable. As you are in the mountains it is very peaceful and quiet, but note it is a good 10 min drive to the main road and mini markets, bakery and fishmongers. But it does mean the whole area is very secure. You are then another 15 mins on top of that to Rethmyno which is lovely. Pascal the owner was always on the end of an email and very quick to respond throughout the booking process and whilst we were away. Very helpful indeed. We would highly recommend the villa.
