Positive: Car service to airport was terrible. I had a difficult time finding a ride to the airport. Ended up getting into a dirty smelly cab!

Negative: Transportation was not good.

Positive: Our experience at Alila Shanghai was excellent and even above expectation regarding room, cleanliness, breakfast and services such as the pool, for instance. There is maybe one little room for improvement although the service level was very good, I guess the level of english was a bit low and we found it a bit difficult to communicate with the staff at the reception. However, everybody was very kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay. Thanks again to all the Alila staff, including the lady of the room service.
