Summary: The room was not as clean as I would have expected. There was almost no shampoo in the dispenser, there was a crack in the tile of the shower floor and the beds were AWFUL. Imagine if you will a bag of lumpy rocks... also check in is at 4pm we were told the pool closes at 5pm but we were charged the ammenity fee. The staff was wonderful however and we enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

Summary: I felt like there were more rules and protocols than I was prepared for at a hotel or resort. The elevators were also very slow and took a lot of time away from our day whenever we needed to run to and from our room. I was also very alarmed to see that we would have to pay a huge fee if our beach passes were lost. I loved the pool but I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable recommending to a friend or family member for the future.

Summary: The location was perfect. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Directly at Boardwalk the hotel offers the best location. Unfortunately there are many inadequacies in management. Obe of the lifts was on 2 days out of service which causes queues and long waiting times. To wait was as well in the restaurant. 2 days more than 10 minutes to get a reaction of the crew at breakfast. Pool times got shortened because of a wedding. To find pool places was almost impossible.

Summary: 10/10 hotel, skip the food. This hotel is a gem! Firstly, the location is perfect - a very short walk from the train station, right on the boardwalk, and next to an ice cream stand. Stayed in a partial beach view room, which had an amazing view of both the beach and the NYC skyline in the distance, which was incredible at sunset. Would definitely take this over a room directly facing the beach! Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The pool, though quite busy on a summer weekend, was great. Be sure to get there early if you want a lounge chair. And definitely BYOB and bring your own food, because the bar at the pool was pretty atrocious. My wife and I ordered salads, which came without dressing. When we requested dressing (for our different salads), the server returned with two cups of salsa. Drinks weren't much better - very sad selection of canned domestic macro factory beers (save for one excellent local IPA), no wine, and poorly made cocktails - my wife's strawberry daquiri was clearly made with undiluted mixer concentrate! Breakfast at the main restaurant wasn't much better - slow, expensive, and pretty underwhelming, though the server was extremely nice. The mezzanine bar was quite lively at night, and had a good selection of cocktails, draft beer, and wine. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Room was very nice. Hotel was right on the water. Has a rooftop pool with drink and food service. The water in the pool was heated as it can be a little windy up there. There are towels and bikes available to use for the beach.

Summary: Employees were great, room was ok, smelled like sea water and bed was super firm but still ok. Parking was a joke. All the public spots get taken by beach goers so unless youre luck you have to valet your car which is 50 bucks a day. Youd think it would be included with how expensive rooms are. But out of the 2 hotels in long beach its the better option.

Summary: This is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and had all amenities in room which we needed. Great view from the room of the beach and Manhattan skyline. Pool staff were lovely and attentive. My only issues was that the prices of the cocktails were not displayed on the menu so was a bit shocked when I had to pay $18 for one drink. Loved the rubber ducks in the pool!
