Summary: We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months.

Summary: I've flown in and rented a home to host Thanksgiving for my extended family for several years. There weren't many options this year, and I took a chance on a newer property that didn't have many reviews. The risk paid off. Amar was a great host! He was responsive and considerate. The house is located close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, and, of course...the water. The property was clean and well-appointed. I recommend Amar's home without reservation. We had a great time!

Summary: I rented this beautiful home for 3 nights and 4 days. The plan was to take my parents and aunt for a last-minute visit of NYC, as well as an end-of-summer beach vacation. The location was perfect because it was only a few blocks from, in my opinion, one of the coziest beaches in North America. It is also about an hour drive from NYC, which made it perfect for a day trip. The house was gorgeous, perfectly spaced, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The rooms and beds were very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The host really thought about everything guests may need. The house was stocked with all kitchen and dining appliances to coffee (which we really enjoyed), extra towels and sheets, beach towels, beach supplies, and more. The only thing we had to buy were of course groceries. We didn’t use the outdoor seating and grilling areas but it was nicely decorated and set up. Looks beautiful. We all wished that we were there longer to enjoy what the house offered. The host, Amar, was also very helpful, proactive and responsive. He responded very quickly to all the questions we had and made sure we enjoyed our time at his property. His kindness and hospitality was appreciated by the family. Everyone said, if we decide to come back to this area next summer, we will definitely be staying here and nowhere else (if available of course). The checkin process was very easy. As for an improvement idea, I have nothing to add as there is nothing to improve. It was perfection. Thank you!
