Summary: We came down to go to Mammoth Cave. The property was great. Our son loved feeding the animals and using the playscape daily. The farm dog Lola is the best, she greeted us every morning and each night. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: We loved this property. The cabin was clean and cozy. The bedding was comfortable, and we cooked in the kitchen both nights. We loved being able to feed the goats and sheep, and what a treat to have Lola greet us! We also were able to walk a bit of the trails the first evening which we enjoyed. It was easy to get back and forth to Mammoth Cave as well, which was how we were able to find this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: My husband and I rented the Almost Heaven Too for a weekend get away with our toddler. The property is very kid friendly, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including fishing poles, life jackets, vending food for the animals, and a playground for our little guy. The cabin was very clean, and was the perfect size for our stay. We had very easy communication with the owners, and couldn’t recommend the cabin more. We look forward to visiting again!

Summary: Almost heaven is the perfect name because our weekend getaway was heavenly. The kids loved the animals and are still talking about the goats and donkeys. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond to make this a special trip for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property is well kept and the activities for the kids were great. They especially liked feeding the animals! A quick drive to see Mammoth Caves. We also enjoyed the Down Under Zoo, Lost River Cave, and Jesse James Riding Stables. We hope to be back here someday.

Summary: Nothing but good things to say about the place. The owners were easily reached and responded quick. The cabin was very neat and clean. Had plenty of cooking necessities for full meals and a gas grill outback. Very well kept. Kids enjoyed feeding the animals and kayaking. Lots of fish in the pond. Sunsets were amazing from the pond. Walking trails were marked, so much area to cover. Very relaxing short getaway. Look forward to making it back out here again!
