Positive: Michelle, the manger was above and beyond amazing! My dog got burrs stuck all over him and she assisted to get the fully removed. I thought I was going to have to call an emergency vet and miss my son's graduation dinner. Life saver!

Positive: First off, the lady who worked the mornings at the front desk I wish I got her name, and the male night attendant I wanna say it was "Antwan" were absolutely amazing. From the minute I stepped in to the minute I left they made me feel comfortable and always checked in on me when they saw me coming to and from the hotel. The location was pretty central and I rented a e-scooter to get around during the week. Second, breakfast, the woman in the kitchen god bless her, those BEC sandwiches gave me life in the mornings they were delicious! And now the room, the A/C was something out of dreams, to be bundled up when it was 95 degrees outside was absolute heaven, pair that with the comfortable bed, and the shower pressure, it was a struggle every morning to get out of bed and absolute hypnosis going to bed. If you're looking at other options, don't be led astray. I have to be back in January and I already booked my stay before I left this one.

Negative: Not being able to enjoy the bed longer :(.. priorities are such a pain sometimes. and not taking photos or videos of the hotel. I've been with Marriott over 15 years, Aloft are little hidden gems. I stayed in Austin and NYC and this one is just as amazing as the rest. Reasons why I choose them every time I can! :)
