Summary: Hotel is very dated and needs major updating. Bathroom had no space to put items. Room had no space for luggage.

Summary: Our TV never worked. Paying as much as we did we expected clean towels and the room cleaned. Out garbage containers were full, the soap ran out on the second day since the bars are so tiny. The elderly gentleman was very kind in dealing with our issues and was very thoughtful. We did not get the room that we had reserved as noted by Expedia. The pillows were like bricks.

Summary: Staff was nice and accommodating. I was a little disappointed that the restaurant was not open. The room was nice and we had a nice view of the ocean.

Summary: Was not aware that Covid was still an issue. That if you stayed more than one night, you would not get room service. That was a true frustration. We were house hunting for 6 hours to come back with no room service. Since I have motel management experience, I was not happy. Let alone there is only 2 sets of towels in a double queen. 2 beds up to four people should be enough towels for four people. Sheets and coverlet. No blanket. Thankfully there was an extra in the closet area. Not to mention the tv. You need to be taught how to use the tv. Please provide instructions for your guest, this would alleviate frustrations. I do thank the front desk for getting us a room near an entrance. That helped both my husband and I. He has had several spinal surgeries and I am on the waiting list for another knee replacement.

Summary: Our stay was good! The person who checked us in was nice and let us know it would be a quiet weekend at the resort. The room was good with a beautiful view. It was a quiet stay with very few other guests which means we didn’t disturb each other. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! It’s placed conveniently only a 25 minute drive to the Sea Lion caves and a 20-25 minute drive to the Aquarium in Newport.

Summary: The internet didn’t work which made the evening a little more boring since I wanted to get some work done. Maid almost came in on me without knocking though a beautiful beach and sight seeing

Summary: We love this motel. We’ve been coming every year and staying here for crab season. The lady at the hotel was amazing, she was running the whole show working her rear off. However, it is in serious need of repair and updating. We were disappointed the bar and restaurant was closed. We love the 50’s style bar, please don’t change it! In all the years we’ve been there, the pool has not been open. It may be because we usually come in October! Please revitalize this hotel, we love it.
