Positive: The location was great, all the added fees were horrible. The place was mostly clean.
Negative: The beds are as comfortable as the floor. The extra fees, including the cleaning fee, are ridiculous! This place was not as clean as it could have been considering what they charge. The shower was a little confusing, I had not seen that style activator.

Negative: The outside did not reflect the pictures. The lawn was very long (knee height) and we were unable to play in it. Also, we didn't like how it looked close to the beach but the access what far away

Positive: The main area was nice and spacious.
Negative: The bed in the main bedroom was so hard I had to sleep on the couch. The beds in the other room were too soft and the twin had a large dent in the middle of it. Woke up the first morning to make coffee and coffee maker didn't work. The porch was supposed be a motion censored but only came on for a second but only if you were under it. There were exactly 4 washcloths, one for each of us. My washcloth was white with a large black makeup stain on it. We rented the house mainly to have a comfortable place to rest after a long day at the beach but the beds didn't allow that to happen. At $300 a night it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend Amanda's Cottage!
