Positive: Room was clean and the overall space is well-curated. Convenient location if you want to stay close to Monviso.
Negative: The restaurant was closed but there were no indications about this on the website or booking, and it was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The room was pretty cold and it was not possible to increase the temperature. Also they could have in the room a kettle, tea bags and coffee pods. When I arrived I asked if they had dairy-free food for breakfast since it was included in my stay. They couldn’t answer and said I should have notified them before so they could have bought something. If you have a food intolerance I would advise to contact them first.
